Group Facilitator Position Summary:

Responsibilities:

Lead group activities

Maintain documentation

Ensure safety and respect for diversity

Supervision provided for group and one-on-one hours

Qualifications:

Registration/Certification in a related field

1+ years of experience with mental illness/substance abuse

Must be comfortable facilitating sessions with larger groups

Valid California driver’s license and liability insurance

Pass background and medical checks

Skills:

Group facilitation

Documentation and computer skills

Cultural and lifestyle diversity awareness

Schedule:

Flexible scheduling: 6-10 hours/week to start

Groups available Monday–Sunday (including holidays)

Opportunities in both San Diego and Orange County
