Group Facilitator Position Summary:

Responsibilities:

Lead group activities

Maintain documentation

Ensure safety and respect for diversity

Supervision provided for group and one-on-one hours

Qualifications:

Must be an associate or licensed therapist (A/LMFT, A/LCSW, A/LPCC)

1+ years of experience with mental health/substance abuse

Valid California driver’s license and liability insurance

Pass background and medical checks

Skills:

Group facilitation

Documentation and computer skills

Cultural and lifestyle diversity awareness

Schedule:

Flexible scheduling: 6–10 hours/week to start

Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 9-12:10 pm
