We are seeking an exceptionally capable and ambitious Group Contract Management Lead to join our central Operations function. This role will play a critical part in supporting client contracting activity across the SCIRIS Group, ensuring accuracy, consistency and operational excellence in all contract-related documentation and onboarding requirements. The successful candidate will be bright, switched on and meticulous, with a strong sense of ownership and a natural ability to stay ahead of detail. This position offers significant opportunity for development as the Group continues to grow, with scope to expand responsibilities and deepen expertise in client contracting, operations and governance.
Key Responsibilities Include
Client Contracting Administration
Supporting the contracting process across all agencies, ensuring high-quality, timely and accurate documentation.
Drafting Statements of Work (SoWs)
Preparing well-structured, accurate SoWs based on project proposal documents.
Ensuring SoWs align with commercial, operational and contractual standards.
Issuing SoWs to Project Managers for review and approval.
Reviewing and Logging Master Service Agreements (MSAs)
Conducting initial reviews of Master Service Agreements and MSA extensions.
Identifying key terms, renewal points and areas requiring clarification.
Maintaining the Group-wide MSA tracker, ensuring all MSAs are logged, monitored and up to date.
Proactively notifying agency teams of approaching expiry dates to support timely client engagement.
Managing Client Onboarding Portals
Acting as the central coordinator for onboarding platforms such as Ariba and Coupa.
Completing client profiles using agency mastersheets and Group-level information.
Populating ESG, IT and compliance sections accurately and consistently.
Updating mastersheets as onboarding requirements evolve, ensuring transparency and shared knowledge across agencies.
Additional Responsibilities as the Role Develops
This role has strong potential for growth. Future responsibilities may include broader operational governance, supporting policy and process implementation, contributing to automation and systems improvements, and taking on more complex contracting or compliance work as experience grows.

This role is offered on a remote basis, we have offices in London, Milton Keynes, Reading, Oxford, Nottingham and Manchester, and while regular attendance is not required, we would expect you to commute to at least one of these offices once a month, with a preference for London or Milton Keynes for team collaboration and operational alignment.
