Managing and overseeing accounting processes of subsidiaries located in multiple countries

Performing group consolidation of all subsidiaries and head office accounts
Preparing management reports and consolidated financial analysis
Ensuring consistency of accounting policies across subsidiaries
Supporting implementation of new-generation accounting and reporting systems
Contributing to process improvement and reporting standardisation
Required Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics or related fields
Strong knowledge of general accounting principles (mandatory)
Minimum 4–6 years of experience in accounting, consolidation and/or financial reporting
Very good command of English (written and spoken)
Strong ability to read and analyse trial balance, balance sheet and income statement
Hands-on experience or solid knowledge of group consolidation processes
Experience in management reporting and financial analysis
Experience working with multiple subsidiaries across different countries
Experience in coordinating outsourced / local accounting firms
Comfortable using new generation accounting, consolidation and reporting tools
Strong communication, coordination and teamwork skills
