Salary range: Rs 1500000 - Rs 7000000 (ie INR 15-70 LPA)

Min Experience: 5 years

What You’ll Do

• Oversee client relationships from start to finish
• Accelerate revenue growth and ensure client retention
• Discover and secure new business opportunities
• Convert brand requirements into strategic briefs
• Lead discussions with key stakeholders
• Represent the agency during meetings and pitches
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution
• Develop systems and processes to support company scaling
