We're looking for a Groundworks Assistant to join the Auger Team, covering Croyden. Our total package is worth £30,718 without overtime.

Financials
Starting Salary - £26,984 or above dependent on experience
Annual Bonus - approx £2000 - £2500
5.5% Pension Contribution - approx £1484
Overtime
Optional weekend OT at 1.5x rate eg. 10 days would top up the package to £32,275
Working Hours
42.5hrs per week, Mon-Fri only & NO on-call work
We pay door-to-door including all driving time

Limited stay-aways, with bonuses/annual leave for more than 3 overnights per quarter

The Role
Assist our experienced Engineers to complete a variety of jobs including repairs, investigations, excavations and reinstatement works
Work effectively with other engineers in our team as required
Learn all aspects of every engineering role at Auger
Specialise in one area after a year and aim to become a junior engineer
Communicate proactively with our Field Operations Team at HQ
Preferred Experience
No previous experience is essential – we will provide you with all the training you need
Some experience of groundworks or preferable
You'll be a great fit for Auger if
