Looking for a summer job that keeps you active, outdoors, and part of a fun team?
Come join our team as a part time Racket Club Summer Groundskeeper and help keep our courts and grounds looking their best all season (May-August) long!

✨ No experience required — we’ll train you!
✨ Perfect for students or anyone looking for early-morning hours as the shift is 5am-10am, M-F.
✨ Be done with work by 10am and enjoy the rest of your summer!

As a Summer Groundskeeper, you’ll help prepare and maintain our outdoor tennis courts and facility so players can enjoy a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.

Your day may include:

Preparing clay courts (rolling, dragging, lining, watering)

Setting up the outdoor pavilion (water coolers, towels, bathrooms, ice)

Keeping courts and grounds clean and debris-free

Mowing, raking, weeding, mulching, light painting, and light maintenance

The ideal candidate:

Must be 16 years of age or older

Willingness to work outdoors

Comfortable using basic tools and equipment (or excited to learn!)

Basic understanding of maintenance, landscaping, or cleaning is helpful, but not required.

CPR/AED certification preferred (but not required), or willing to obtain during the first 30 days on the job.

Availability to work holidays as needed.

Tennis knowledge is a bonus — not a must!
