Job Description

Maintains grounds of property and related duties.

DUTIES

Schedule: 11pm - 7am

Operate pickup truck and/or a golf cart in daily work.

Empties all trash cans at pools, three story buildings and team member parking lot as needed.

Disposes of grease and cooking oil in proper containers.

Pick up trash from curbs on property and surrounding areas to highway.

Sweeps curbs and sidewalks.

Cleans grounds and removes litter.

Empty trash cans in the public area buildings

Empty dumpsters.

Operates trash compactor.

Empties recycle bins.

Breaks down cardboard items and places in appropriate containers.

Leaves work area in a clean, neat and safe condition.

Able to lift 50+ lbs.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Valid state driving license
