What You’ll Do:

Prepare for daily assignments by gathering equipment such as gas cans, mowers, trimmers, and more.

Perform grounds maintenance including mulching, mowing, trimming, pruning, weeding, and litter removal.

Operate hand, fuel, and electric-powered equipment like mowers, tractors, chain saws, and blowers.

Maintain park features such as sidewalks, driveways, planters, playgrounds, fountains, and more.

Plant flowers and apply mulch as needed.

Conduct inspections and perform basic care for vehicles and equipment.

Assist with repairs and general maintenance involving plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, and painting.

Provide support for park facility construction and renovation based on skill level.

Comply with all safety standards and ensure a safe work environment.

What You Bring:

High School Diploma or GED preferred.

At least 1 year of experience or training in groundskeeping, landscaping, or related field preferred.

Familiarity with commercial mowers, tractors, and landscaping equipment preferred.

Basic understanding of maintenance and repair techniques.

Ability to read and follow operations manuals.

Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Excellent communication and customer service skills; bilingual a plus.
