<key activities / role and responsibilities>

Understand requirements from application development forces responsible for design and production of satellite systems and be responsible for all aspects of design, implementation, testing, operation and maintenance of IT infrastructure to meet current and future requirements, which are achieved with management of and collaboration with software suppliers if necessary 

Design and implementation of satellite ground system application realized by cloud services 

Design and implement cloud infrastructure Design, build, and test  

Code manage and automate infrastructure resources using Terraform and other tools 

Build CI/CD pipelines and improve operations 

Manage multiple application containers and connectivity to cloud environments Monitor and design alerts for services and troubleshoot when they fail 

Work closely with stakeholders to build and improve the IT infrastructure environment 

Implement security measures based on the developed security strategy 

Respond to incidents and take measures to prevent recurrence 

Prepare necessary guidelines, procedures and other documents 

Continuously execute the PDCA cycle in the assigned tasks Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor

<Mandatory>

Experience in designing, building, and operating cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP). 

Knowledge and experience in system construction (Microsoft Windows and Linux systems). 

More than 3 years experience of enterprise application development 

Experience of developing cloud application with cloud services in Python or similar technologies  

Ability to prioritize and solve problems within assigned tasks. 

Ability to work as a team, self-managing and improving effectiveness in the area of responsibility

<Desirable> 

AWS Certified Solution Architect or other certification. 

Understanding of microservices, containers, and serverless technologies.

Experience designing and implementing scalable, robust, and secure cloud solutions. 

Experience Agile software development 

Experience with automated testing and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) processes. 

Technical knowledge and experience covering the IT domain. 

Experience working with information security (e.g., endpoint and network security and policy development). 

Familiarity with security best practices in a cloud environment. 

＜職務内容/役割・責任＞

人工衛星システム地上システムの設計・製造を担当するアプリケーション開発部隊や人工衛星の運用部隊からの要件を理解し、現在および将来の要件を満たすためのITインフラの設計、実装、テスト、運用、保守のすべての側面を、サプライヤと協力して担当する 

クラウドサービスを活用した人工衛星システム地上システムアプリケーションの設計・開発を行う 

クラウドインフラストラクチャの設計と実装、構築、テストを行う 

Terraform等を用いたインフラリソースのコード管理と自動化 

CI/CDパイプラインの構築と運用の改善 

複数のアプリケーションコンテナの管理およびクラウド環境との接続の管理 

サービスのモニタリング及びアラート設計、障害時のトラブルシューティング 

関係者と密に連携し、ITインフラ環境の構築・改善を行う 

策定されたセキュリティ戦略に基づくセキュリティ対策の実施するインシデント対応と再発防止対策を行う 

必要なガイドライン、手順書等のドキュメントを作成する 

担当業務におけるPDCAサイクルを継続的に実行できる 

<必須条件>

クラウドインフラストラクチャ（AWS、GCP）に関する設計・構築・運用経験。 

システム構築（Microsoft Windows系、Linux系）の知識と構築経験。 

3年以上のエンタープライズアプリケーションの開発経験 

Python或いは同様の技術による、クラウドサービスを利用したアプリケーション開発経験 

担当業務内での適切な優先順位付けや問題解決能力。 

関係するチームと協働し、自己管理で効果の改善を進めながら担当領域の業務を遂行できること 

TOEIC700以上の英語力（英語でのメールや会議進行が可能なこと）
 

<望ましい条件> 

AWS認定ソリューションアーキテクトなどの認定資格。 

マイクロサービス、コンテナ、サーバーレス技術の理解。 

スケーラブルで堅牢かつ安全なクラウドソリューションの設計および実装の経験。 

アジャイルソフトウェア開発の経験 

自動テストおよび継続的インテグレーション/継続的デプロイ（CI/CD）プロセスの経験。 

IT領域をカバーする技術的知見・経験。 

情報セキュリティに関する業務経験（エンドポイント、ネットワークセキュリティやポリシー策定など） 

クラウド環境におけるセキュリティのベストプラクティスに精通していること。
