SWOT Hospitality is excited to announce the opening of Vione Hotel in Paros and is currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Groom to join our esteemed team.

The Groom will play a vital role in ensuring our guests receive outstanding service and their stay at Vione Hotel is nothing short of exceptional. This position is perfect for individuals who have a genuine love for hospitality and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent guest service by greeting and assisting guests with their luggage and needs upon arrival and departure.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the hotel entrance, lobby, and surrounding areas.
• Assist guests with transportation arrangements, including taxis and shuttle services.
• Support the concierge team in delivering personalized services to guests.
• Ensure all equipment and vehicles used in service are well-maintained and clean.
• Conduct regular inspections of the hotel grounds to ensure guest satisfaction and safety.
• Assist with special events and functions as needed.

Requirements:
• Previous experience in a similar role in hospitality is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and a focus on providing outstanding guest experiences.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Physical stamina to carry luggage and perform various tasks throughout the shift.
