We are currently looking for full-time (40 hours per week) Grocery Store Assistants (or Grocery Associates, as we call them) to join our awesome teams in Wolt Market Malta!

In this role you are right in the heart of our day-to-day dark store operations - you’ll be making sure that all orders are gathered and ready to be picked up by our courier partners or customers. Our stores are open 7 days a week, so this role also requires you to be able to work on weekends and in different shifts according to the Wolt Market's opening times and Wolt's delivery times. If you are a team player, enjoy working independently and have a good sense of humour, then you might be just the person we are looking for! 🤩

Wolt Market Qormi

• Location: Wolt Market, Triq San Bastjan, Qormi QRM 2339, Malta

• Opening hours: 06:45 until 00:00

• Contracts: full-time only

What you’ll be doing

• Team cooperation for an excellent management of the store, assisting the store management with all areas of store operation

• Providing excellent customer service

• Unpack daily stock deliveries, shop upkeep, restocking & merchandising

• Ensuring to offer the freshest of produce

• Completing purchases and bagging groceries

• Ensuring that the entire store is clean and organized

Qualifications

• You must be at least 18 years old

• The flexibility to work different shifts including morning, afternoon and late evening shifts, including weekends and public holidays. Our store is open 7 days a week and the working hours are from 06:45 until 00:00

• Professional and respectful attitude

• A friendly communication style with your team

• The drive to work hard in a fast-paced environment

• Fluent knowledge of the English language is a must

• Knowledge of the Maltese language will be considered a plus

• Previous experience in the retail sector is a big plus
