Job Description

● Manage all operations of the hydroponic greenhouse system, including oversight of nutrient management, maintenance and treatment, plant health, seeding, transplanting, and harvesting.

● Receive orders from sales and manage harvest and packing of daily orders

● Keep a detailed and rigid planting schedule for efficiency and increased production in the hydroponic greenhouse

● Work directly with Students on hydroponic education and learning how to grow.

● Run daily, weekly, and monthly checks on nutrition, water, and cleanliness

● Manage all hydroponic workflow and pick schedules

● Follow all food safety guidelines outlined in the Baywater Farms food safety plan

● Keep organized logs and documentation for all Baywater Farms standard operating procedures

● Create and oversee a daily and weekly cleaning schedule in the hydroponic greenhouse

● Scout, identify, and treat disease and pest issues in a timely manner

● Upkeep of greenhouse structure, minor repairs, or general building maintenance
