Greek Technical Operations Data Specialist

We are looking for Technical Operations Data Specialist s with native Greek and English language skills and multi-level competencies to become members of a dedicated, enthusiastic team, that manages daily operations, shares and develops knowledge and much more. Your responsibilities will include: Data mapping and integrations to systems on hand; Implementation and maintenance of parametrization activities and strategies; Processing various debt collection tasks according to work instructions; Handling and investigating daily-task related incidents; Creating, developing, and updating documentation and procedures; Delivering quality in the fast-changing environment; Identifying areas or processes for improvements.

Requirements: About you: Able to work full time; Native Greek speaker & good knowledge of English (written and spoken); Experience with MS Office package; Experience with MS Office package; Proficiency with MS Excel (would be an advantage); Ability to identify root cause and solve problems; Quick learner and good problem solver; System thinking. Data mapping and migration experience (would be an advantage);
