As a Player Support Specialist, you will be the main point of contact for Greek-speaking players, providing timely and effective assistance to ensure a smooth and enjoyable gaming experience. Your passion for gaming and excellent communication skills will help foster a vibrant and supportive player community.
Responsibilities
• Deliver high-quality support to Greek-speaking players through email, chat, and social media platforms
• Investigate and resolve technical issues, gameplay questions, and account-related matters
• Maintain accurate records of player interactions and support tickets in relevant systems
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and improve player satisfaction
• Gather and provide player feedback to Riot Games' development teams to enhance game quality and player experience
• Help build and sustain a positive gaming community through professional and empathetic player engagement
• Stay abreast of new game updates, trends, and Riot Games’ products
Fully paid relocation assistance to Sofia, Bulgaria is provided for successful candidates.
Requirements:
• Fluency in Greek and English, both written and spoken. Your native language and nationality must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Experience in player support or customer-facing roles is highly desirable
• Strong passion for gaming and a solid understanding of gaming culture
• Proven problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with customer support tools and gaming platforms is an advantage
• Willingness and ability to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria with full relocation support
