In this impactful role, you will assist our Greek-speaking clients in navigating our renewable energy solutions, addressing their inquiries, and ensuring they receive timely and accurate support tailored to their needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support in Greek via phone, email, and chat
• Assist clients with inquiries related to renewable energy products and services
• Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our support system
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues effectively
• Educate clients about renewable energy options and benefits
• Gather customer feedback to improve service offerings and processes
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance knowledge of renewable energy topics

Requirements:
• Fluency in Greek and English, both written and verbal
• Experience in customer support, preferably in the renewable energy or environmental sector
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• A customer-centered approach with a commitment to service excellence
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a busy environment
