Greek-Speaking Customer Solutions Consultant in Sofia - Fully Paid Relocation

Mercier Consultancy is excited to recruit a Greek-Speaking Customer Solutions Consultant to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria, with fully paid relocation support. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for Greek-speaking clients, providing tailored customer solutions that drive client satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and effective support to Greek-speaking customers
• Understand client requirements and offer customized solutions
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues efficiently
• Maintain accurate records of client communications and action taken
• Identify and recommend improvements based on customer feedback
• Assist in onboarding and training new clients
• Stay informed about company products, services, and market trends

Requirements:
• Fluency in Greek and English, both spoken and written.
• Your native language and nationality must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Strong customer service orientation with problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Attention to detail and solution-focused approach
• Previous experience in customer support or consulting is an advantage
• Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria with full relocation support
