Role Summary:
As a Operations Coordinator (Husbandry), the role calls for a high sense of responsibility and reliability, where the person will be responsible for managing vessels & crew requirements. Good relations with the authorities at the port and the airport is essential. It is the right job to attain your skills and advance your opportunities with us, given our dominant position in the Marine Service industry.
Contract type: Temporary Contract (8 months)
Work City: Athens, Piraeus

Role Responsibilities:
Board vessels as required and liaise with key ship staff.
Coordinate port services, including pier-side operations, bunkers, waste management, and vendor services.
Arrange and coordinate delivery of freight, stores, provisions, spares, and bunkers.
Act as liaison between vessels, principals, port services, and immigration authorities (Piraeus & airport).
Manage crew changes, including immigration paperwork for joining, leaving, medical, or disciplinary disembarkations.
Meet & greet crew at port/airport and provide transportation when required.
Follow up and report medical cases transferred to local clinics.
Respond to vessel and principal requests via phone/email on a 24/7 basis.
Support and coordinate with ISS vendors and local partners in the Greek islands.
Maintain crew change records, invoices, and update internal systems.
Ensure compliance with all Health & Safety policies and provide guidance on local immigration regulations.
Who You Are:
Excellent command at speaking and writing in English
Committed to providing great service to customers
Valid Driver’s License
MS Office Proficiency, Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Previous experience in cruise agencies or with yachts is a plus
Health & Safety Compliance
Integrity and Ethics
Degree educated or equivalent preferable but not essential
