POSITION: SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER (DIGITAL)

PREFERABLE QUALIFICATION: BILINGUAL

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

Develop high-quality visual designs for both digital and print, including branding assets, campaign visuals, social media content, presentations, reports, and marketing collateral.

Design and support UI/UX deliverables for websites, landing pages, and digital platforms, including wireframes, visual UI layouts, basic interaction flows, and responsive design adaptations.

Collaborate closely with account teams, developers, and stakeholders to translate business and user requirements into clear design solutions across both graphic and digital experiences.

Produce user-centered design outputs, applying UX principles such as hierarchy, usability, accessibility, and consistency, while maintaining strong visual craftsmanship.

Develop moodboards, visual directions, and basic UX flows to guide both creative direction and digital experience alignment.

Adapt and refine designs across multiple formats and screen sizes, ensuring visual consistency and functional clarity across platforms.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing creative execution with UX requirements while meeting tight deadlines.

Stay informed on design trends, UI/UX best practices, digital standards, and emerging tools relevant to both graphic design and digital experience design.

TO SUCCESSFULLY APPLY FOR THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:

Have 4+ years of experience in a design role that combines graphic design and UI/UX, preferably with agency exposure.

Demonstrate a portfolio that includes strong visual design work alongside UI/UX examples, such as website designs, UI screens, or digital platforms.

Be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); experience with Figma or similar UI/UX tools is essential. After Effects is an advantage.

Possess a solid understanding of UX fundamentals, including layout systems, user flows, responsive design, and usability principles.

Communicate clearly and confidently in English, both verbally and in writing; Arabic is an advantage.

Show strong organizational, time management, and file-handling discipline, especially when managing design systems and digital assets.

Be proactive, collaborative, and comfortable working independently across both creative and UX-focused tasks.
