Establish client artwork deadlines and coordinate internally when timelines shift or files arrive late
Prepare and review print-ready artwork, proofs, and production files
Coordinate client proof approvals and release final artwork to graphic vendors
Determine when color samples or test prints are required to ensure expectations are clear
Order graphics from production partners and manage vendor timelines and delivery schedules
Coordinate test-fits of graphics with Steelhead properties when necessary
Quality check all incoming graphics to ensure color accuracy, sizing, and material quality
Protect projects from graphic scope creep by ensuring deliverables stay aligned with approved estimates
Ensure graphics stay within project budgets while maintaining Steelhead production standards
Support show floor needs including replacement graphics or last-minute production requirements
Collaborate with design, project management, and production teams to keep graphics aligned with overall exhibit execution
Support critical show deadlines that may occasionally require evening or weekend availability to ensure graphics are production-ready
Â
What You Bring
Experience managing graphics production, print workflows, or large-format graphics
Strong proficiency with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
Understanding of PMS colors, CMYK workflows, and color consistency across materials
Knowledge of graphic substrates including fabric, PVC, vinyl, plexi, and other large-format materials
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Strong communication skills and a customer-service mindset when working with internal teams
High attention to detail, especially when reviewing color, sizing, and print specifications
Comfort working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven production environment
Ability to stay organized while coordinating multiple vendors and production timelines
Â
Physical Requirements
Ability to carry graphics up to 20 lbs when needed
Sitting for extended periods (4–6 hours daily)
Occasional site visits to graphic vendors for color verification or production review
Occasional delivery of graphics to the show floor or install teams
