POSITION: GRAPHICS & MOTION DESIGNER

In this position, you will join the creative design team who deliver high-quality motion design and video productions across multiple platforms.  You will develop story-driven animations, video projects, and help guide creative direction. You must have the ability to illustrate the concept development using mood boards and storyboards.  You will also engage in client-facing discussions, collaborate closely with internal teams, and bring strong creative skills and technical proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

Create high-quality 2D and 3D motion graphics, animated sequences, and visual assets for digital content across multiple platforms.

Design and animate story-driven motion pieces, including explainer videos, transitions, branded animation systems, and kinetic typography.

Edit, composite, and enhance video projects using motion graphics, 3D elements, and advanced visual treatments.

Develop comprehensive mood boards and storyboards that establish and guide the agreed creative direction for internal teams and client stakeholders.

Support client-facing interactions by presenting design concepts, explaining creative rationale, and confidently communicating design strategy.

Demonstrate strong creative skills and develop original concepts for both digital and print projects when required.

Manage multiple projects, meet strict deadlines, and adapt designs/illustrations to various formats and sizes.

Stay updated on industry standards, technology, social media, and design trends relevant to motion design.

Implement feedback from account managers in a timely manner and collaborate effectively within a team.

Use Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), with strong proficiency in After Effects and Premiere Pro.

TO SUCCESSFULLY APPLY FOR THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:

Have strong expertise in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and at least one 3D software (Cinema 4D, Blender, or equivalent).

Present a portfolio showcasing advanced motion design work, including 2D animation, 3D animation, and video editing.

Have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably with agency exposure.

Hold a bachelor’s degree, preferably in Visual Design, with strengths in motion graphics, animation, design theory, and branding.

Have strong verbal and written English skills (Arabic proficiency is an advantage).

Demonstrate strong time management and organizational skills to maintain accurate project files and records.
