The role

As our graphic designer / video editor, you will play a vital role in enhancing our brand's visual presence across multiple channels, including our website, social media, PR, and event materials. This is an opportunity to showcase your creativity, design skills, and help us achieve a professional, consistent, and engaging visual identity. You’ll bring hands-on experience working on impactful projects. You will work with a talented team consisting of 5 marketers. You'll be joining our team at an exciting time, where you'll have the opportunity to contribute to further enhance our new brand identity, along with making a real impact.

Your responsibilities

• Graphic designs: Create high quality, engaging visuals with a strong focus on audience-targeted design

• Creative Execution: Generate creative ideas and transform concepts into visually compelling marketing materials

• Growth Initiatives: Lead projects that strengthen and unify our brand identity across all visual touchpoints

• Video editing: Responsible for video production & editing for our website and multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Youtube)

• Printed assets: Design print material like flyers, banners, brochures, and stands

• Motion design: Improve our visuals with motion graphic elements to make our content more appealing and explainable

• Brand consistency: Help with the consistence use of our brand identity to ensure that all our assets are aligned with our brand

What we're looking for

• Demonstrated experience in Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, and video-editing tools

• Basic experience in motion design

• You completed a degree in Graphic Design, or a related field

• You’re passionate about marketing and visual design

• You have a strong eye for detail and design to create clean, professional visuals

• You’re proactive with an entrepreneurial spirit, with good organizational skills

• You are creative, but you also understand that being consistent is key in building a brand
