The role:
Responsible for maintaining alignment with Marketing, Product and Sales teams for campaign development and corporate communication. This role involves proactively learning more about our branding and visual identity adaptation in digital products to propose creative and innovative ideas for successful projects.
What we are looking for:
Students of Graphic Design, Digital Marketing or related field.
Desirable experience in an agency or design department (public or private) as an Intern of social service.
Proficient in English.
Knowledge of design fundamentals (color theory, composition, visual hierarchies, file formats, etc).
Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
Basic knowledge of animation and motion graphics (key frames, ease, etc).
Notions of editorial design, user interface and mailing.
Experience in tracing and vectorizing.
Advanced level in Microsoft packaging (Powerpoint and Excel mainly).
Basic level of video and audio editing (no linear).
Camera handling for photographic and video production (white balance, iso, framing, exposure, etc).
Ability to visualize data, export assets and optimize digital content.
Basic HTML, CSS and JS knowledge.
Digital illustration skills.
Digital marketing and growth strategies.
Programming logic.
Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
Proactive and ability to lead projects working as a team and alone.
Ability to follow up on briefs, brainstorming, user personas, customer journeys and user pain points.
Ability to deliver projects with tight deadlines.
What you will do:
Align with the Marketing, Product and Sales teams for the development of campaigns and corporate communication.
Image editing.
Templates and collaterals for Sales Team.
Creation of graphic and multimedia content for internal and external digital media.
Conceptualization and layout of editorial design in different profiles for corporate use.
Adaptation of branding and visual identity in digital products.
Propose and develop creative and innovative ideas for team and individual projects.
