Graphic Designer – Signage & Vinyl Graphics

We are looking for a creative and detail-driven Graphic Designer to join our team. This in-house role focuses on conceptual design for small-format signage, decals, and vinyl graphics, working closely with sales, customers, and production to bring ideas to life.

From storefront signage and vehicle graphics to interior displays and custom branding projects, you’ll see your designs go from concept to finished product.

What You'll Do

Design concepts for small-format signage, vinyl graphics, and branding projects

Create layouts for vehicle graphics, interior wall wraps, storefront signage, oilfield lease signs, construction signs, and decals

Collaborate with sales, production, and installation teams to ensure designs are both visually strong and production-ready

Prepare accurate print and cut files for vinyl cutting and large-format printing

Manage multiple design projects and deadlines efficiently

Maintain organized project files and artwork

Stay current on sign design trends, materials, and production techniques

What You'll Need

Diploma or equivalent experience in Graphic Design

Strong proficiency in CorelDRAW and FlexiSign

Solid understanding of layout, colour, typography, and vector design

Ability to translate client ideas into clean, functional, and eye-catching designs

Experience with vinyl graphics, signage layouts, or print production

Strong attention to detail and good communication skills

Ability to work well with both customers and internal teams

Bonus Experience (Asset but Not Required)

Experience designing vehicle wraps

Knowledge of large-format printing and vinyl cutting workflows

Experience in the sign industry
