Position overview:

This role is in one of the Operations team in Berkadia that contributes to various facets of the Commercial Real Estate loan life cycle, and this job description is for the role in Global Production Operations.

Global Production Operations (GPO) – Teams in GPO conduct research and analysis of properties financial statements, social and economic drivers, and ownership structure to determine the value of the asset and potential loan value for various lending options.

In this role, individual will be required to work on one or multiple aspects of Design in GPO verticals with the following key responsibilities –

• Study design briefs and determine requirements, prepare, and deliver process specific output and meet the operational targets set for the team by working independently with minimum supervision and guidance from senior members and subject matter experts.

• Maintain high quality standards in the output as defined by the process and customer requirements.

• Adhere to the learning phase timelines for industry and process knowledge requirements.

• Complete required/undergo process trainings.

• Perform other duties and tasks as assigned by supervisor.

Desired Qualification and Skills –

Qualification:

• Any bachelor’s degree (Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus).

• 2 years of proven Graphic Designing experience.

• Working Knowledge of design software’s such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop etc.

• Working knowledge of Figma will be an added advantage.

• A keen eye for aesthetics and details.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Uses rational arguments, information, and clear communication to influence others.

• Seeks to understand others’ point of view, listens, and contributes to achieve results collectively.
