Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Mid-Level Graphic Designer to join our team. This role will focus on designing high-performing visual assets across social media, email newsletters, and website banners. The ideal candidate has a strong grasp of design principles, understands digital marketing needs, and is highly proficient in Figma.
Key Responsibilities
• Design engaging social media creatives (static posts, carousels, and ad creatives) aligned with brand guidelines
• Create visually compelling email newsletter designs that drive engagement and conversions
• Design and optimize website banners, landing page assets, and promotional visuals
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and performance teams to ensure design aligns with campaign goals
• Maintain consistency across all digital touchpoints and brand identity
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, UI/UX practices, and platform-specific best practices
• Prepare and export assets optimized for web and different platforms
Required Skills & Qualifications
• 2–4 years of experience in graphic design (preferably in eCommerce or digital marketing)
• Strong proficiency in Figma (must-have)
• Good understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy
• Experience designing for social media platforms (Meta, Instagram, etc.)
• Knowledge of email design best practices (responsive layouts, CTA placement, etc.)
• Ability to translate marketing objectives into compelling visual designs
• Strong attention to detail and ability to take feedback constructively
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working with eCommerce brands
• Basic understanding of UI/UX principles
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Experience in A/B testing creatives or performance-driven design
