Role Overview
We’re looking for a highly efficient Production Designer / Creative Production Specialist to support high-volume creative output across site, email, and paid channels. This role is execution-heavy and detail-driven, focused on adapting, resizing, and preparing assets at scale while maintaining strict brand accuracy.
You’ll work from clear briefs and existing creative direction to deliver fast, reliable, and handoff-ready production files across multiple formats and platforms.
Core Scope & Responsibilities
• Retouch on- and off-figure imagery, including color and pattern swaps
• Execute high-volume asset adaptations for site, email, social, and paid media
• Build email mechanicals from provided briefs and layouts
• Resize and reformat assets across multiple placements and specs
• Prepare clean, organized, handoff-ready production files
• Maintain consistency with brand guidelines across all outputs
• Partner with Creative, Marketing, and Growth teams to meet tight deadlines

• Fast, accurate execution with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage repetitive, high-volume production work without quality loss
• Consistently brand-accurate outputs at scale
• Clear file organization and naming conventions
• Minimal rework required after review
Requirements:

• Strong command of Adobe Photoshop (retouching, color/pattern swaps, production workflows)
• Solid working knowledge of Figma for layout updates and asset exports
• Experience supporting email, web, and paid media production
• Comfort working in high-volume, deadline-driven environments
• Excellent attention to detail and process discipline
Nice to Have
• Experience with eCommerce or performance marketing teams
• Familiarity with ESPs and email production best practices
• Understanding of asset specs for Meta, Google, TikTok, and other paid platforms
