What you'll do:

• Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for aisle.com

• Define and prioritize the web product backlog

• Lead development and improvement of our front-end architecture

• Build and ship new web features and experiences

• Optimize the website for performance, accessibility, and scalability

• Support rapid iterations of AISLE Pro and future product ideas to success

• Collaborate with design, marketing, and engineering on launches and experiments

• Manage our CMS, CRM integrations, and web infrastructure

• Ensure best practices in front-end development and web performance

What we'll looking for:

• Experience as a Product Owner, Web Product Manager, or Technical Lead for web

• Strong front-end development skills (e.g. TypeScript, JavaScript, React, Next.js)

• An AI-first approach, leveraging the latest technologies and ways of working

• Familiarity with modern deployment platforms (e.g. Vercel, cursor, Claude Code)

• Experience managing a web platform roadmap

• Solid understanding of web performance, SEO fundamentals, and accessibility

• Ability to translate business needs into clear product and technical requirements

• Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment
