Graphic Designer (Part-time/Full-time)

IBMC is assisting our client in hiring a creative and versatile Graphic Designer to provide comprehensive visual and design support across their teams. This role is essential in shaping engaging visual communications, strengthening brand identity, and supporting various marketing and operational initiatives. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, highly proactive, and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-growing environment—whether on a full-time or part-time basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create engaging visual assets for various social media platforms
• Edit short-form video content (Reels, Shorts, TikTok-style) aligned with brand identity
• Execute content production based on established content pillars and creative direction
• Manage and maintain consistency of social media visuals and branding elements
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality content

Requirements:
• Strong proficiency in graphic design and video editing with a keen eye for aesthetics and visual storytelling

• Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of layout, color, and typography
• Proficient in design and editing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent software
• Basic copywriting and content ideation skills to support engaging visual communication
• Interest or foundational knowledge in the trading, finance, or prop firm industry is a plus
• Ability to follow creative direction while also contributing ideas and improvements
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
