Product Offering:

Spreedly provides an open payments platform. The platform’s connectivity provides payments performance. Key products and services include:

Payment Gateway Integration: Connects merchants, platforms, and marketplaces to multiple payment gateways and payment services.
Tokenization: Securely stores and manages payment data with a universal tokenization service.
Transaction Routing: Enables intelligent routing of transactions to optimize success rates and costs.
Payment Vault: A secure storage solution for sensitive payment information.
Fraud Tools Integration: Integrates with various fraud prevention tools to enhance transaction security.

About the Role:

The Graphic Designer is a creative problem-solver who works within the Marketing team but collaborates on company-wide design needs. The ideal candidate is highly collaborative, curious, and opportunistic about how design can positively impact an organization.

This role requires a combination of creative flair, knowledge of design tools, and a professional approach to time, costs, and deadlines. You will collaborate with the Marketing, Product, and other internal teams to deliver compelling and cohesive visual materials for our website, sales collateral, presentations, marketing campaigns, and other creative needs across the organization.

Responsibilities::
• Ideate and design compelling, branded assets across all channels, including digital, print, email, video, social, and web
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design a range of artifacts/books, workshops, online experiences, brand systems, journey maps, presentations, videos, etc.
• Generate provocative ideas and insights to lead the production and execution of innovative and enticing branding, resulting in measurable growth in engagement and revenue
• Design proposals and narratives to understand a client's needs and motivate action with a compelling vision for the future
• Work closely with strategists and analysts to create immersive experiences for clients, built to yield measurable insights
• Foster an open culture of design critique and feedback
• Push boundaries with fresh ideas, keeping up-to-date with design trends and AI tools to optimize productivity.
• Interface with Marketing, Product, Sales, and other departments to meet their visual and promotional needs, managing multiple projects from concept through completion
• Evaluate and adopt new tools as needed to enhance productivity and creativity


Requirements::
• 3+ years of graphic design experience in a professional setting, with experience in a software environment
• A strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of design skills across digital and print media
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with other design software
• Experience using design features within tools like HubSpot or Pardot
• Hands-on experience with multiple forms of creative expression including graphic design, motion graphics, video, animation, storyboarding, UI/UX, etc.
• Hands-on experience using AI design tools for optimization and efficiencies.
• Must have experience as a designer owning complex projects from start to finish and showing a high level of creativity and organization
• High level of organization, ability to self-prioritize in a high-volume environment, and a strong sense of urgency.


Additional Skills We Value::
• Knowledge of Webflow is a significant asset.
• Multimedia experience, including basic video editing (intros/outros) and animation.
• Experience with interactive demo software like Navattic.
• Support for UI design within product applications
