Graphic Designer

At Ten Lifestyle Group, we are seeking a skilled Midweight Graphic Designer with a strong focus on editorial design and layout to join our global creative team.

About the role

This is a hands-on design role with strong exposure to the business. You’ll be working across a variety of formats, from internal communications to editorial layouts, collaborating closely with teams across the organisation.

It’s a great opportunity for someone who enjoys both creative execution and stakeholder interaction, and is comfortable working within established brand guidelines.

Key aspects of the role include:

• Regular team check-ins and workflow coordination
• Task management using JIRA and shared tracking tools
• Design of internal communications materials
• Development of PowerPoint templates and presentations
• Delivery of editorial, digital and print design work
• Ongoing collaboration with global teams, including Social Media, Content and Finance

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality design output in line with established brand guidelines
• Demonstrate strong typographic and layout skills
• Manage tasks and deadlines independently
• Communicate clearly and professionally with stakeholders
• Contribute ideas and creative solutions to support business needs

Requirements:
Essential

• Strong editorial and typographic skills
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Experience across both print and digital design
• Ability to create PowerPoint templates
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Nice to have

• Basic animation or GIF creation
• Experience in corporate environments
• Spanish language skills (preferred but not essential)
