Job Overview:
We’re helping a fast-growing DTC client in the wellness space hire a Graphic Designer fluent in performance-driven creative for Meta platforms. This role is for someone who understands how to stop the scroll, drive conversions, and strike the balance between brand storytelling and direct-response impact. If you thrive in fast-paced eCommerce environments and love designing high-performing visual content, this is for you.
Responsibilities:
• Design high-performing ad creatives for Meta platforms — including static ads, carousels, Reels overlays, UGC-style edits, and story assets
• Collaborate closely with media buyers and performance marketers to iterate and optimize based on ROAS and engagement data
• Maintain and elevate brand visual identity while adapting to evolving trends on Meta
• Concept and execute both brand-forward and conversion-focused visual assets
• Design additional marketing materials as needed (landing pages, email graphics, etc.)
Requirements:
• 2–5 years of experience in digital design, with a strong portfolio of Meta-specific ads
• Proven success designing performance creatives that drove revenue or KPIs on Facebook/Instagram
• Deep understanding of ad creative trends, hooks, and visual cues that work on Meta
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop & Illustrator), Canva, and/or Figma
• Bonus: experience editing short-form video, Reels/TikToks, or UGC-style content
• Strong communication skills and ability to turn data into design decisions
Nice-to-have:
• Worked with DTC, e-commerce, or wellness/beauty brands
• Designed for split-test variations (headline/image changes, CTA tweaks)
• Partnered directly with growth marketers or creative strategists
• Created templates or modular design systems for faster asset production
