● Study, develop, and maintain the Veritas Automata and Yuxi Global brand identity, ensuring consistency across all materials and platforms

● Utilize the designed templates for materials and develop design templates for future marketing campaigns and assets

● Demonstrated ability to apply a detail-oriented design eye, ensuring precision and meticulous attention to every aspect of visual presentation and layout

● Design and create materials for digital and print that reflect the principles of trust and innovation in automation

● Collaborate with the marketing team to produce social media designs, marketing materials, and promotional graphics that align with our mission

● Create versatile design assets tailored to the needs of various company departments, ensuring consistency with our brand identity while supporting their unique objectives and initiatives

● Adapt strategic directions into high-quality designs that resonate with our target audience

● Balance multiple projects and deadlines, demonstrating excellent time management skills

● Offer creative input to enhance design aesthetics and user experience

● Stay abreast of the latest trends in design, technology, and automation

● Provide recommendations on enhancing the digital positioning of the brand for CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization)

● Prepare final exports correctly (dimensions, compression, and file naming).

● A portfolio with digital design samples

● English speaking; we are a global company and all meetings are spoken in English to enhance clear communication

● Willingness to enhance understanding of campaign performance analytics for conversion rate optimization (CRO), including the ability to review and interpret data within Hotjar and Google Analytics to inform design decisions and marketing strategies

● Demonstrable graphic design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing digital and print materials

● Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with UI/UX principles

● Commitment to continuous learning and professional development in graphic design, with a keen interest to expand skills into UX/UI design, aiming to contribute more broadly to the company's digital experience initiatives

● Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to produce visually appealing designs under tight deadlines

● Excellent communication and collaboration skills

● A passion for staying updated on the latest design trends and technologies
