Codzienne zadania:
• Tworzenie projektów graficznych dla kampanii digital, social i contentowych.
• Współtworzenie konceptów kreatywnych razem z copywriterami i zespołem strategii.
• Projektowanie natywnego contentu do social mediów (Reels, TikTok, formaty pionowe).
• Udział w procesie kreatywnym - od briefu po finalne materiały.
• Rozwijanie key visuali i systemów wizualnych dla marek.
• Wspieranie Art Directorów i stopniowe przejmowanie większej odpowiedzialności koncepcyjnej.
• Aktywny udział w brainstormach, reviews i pracy nad kampaniami.
Kogo szukamy?
• Masz min. rok doświadczenia w pracy w agencji (kreatywnej / digital / social).
• Chcesz rozwijać się w kierunku Art Direction i pracy koncepcyjnej.
• Ogarniesz socialowe formaty i wiesz, co działa wizualnie w internecie.
• Znasz dobrze narzędzia (Adobe CC, Figma i podobne).
• Pracujesz wykorzystując AI-owe narzędzia wspierające pracę kreatywną.
• Interesujesz się kulturą, designem, internetem i reklamą.
• Zadajesz pytanie „dlaczego?” zanim coś zaprojektujesz.
• Masz portfolio z projektami digital i social dla dużych marek
• Lubisz pracować z ludźmi i wiesz, że najlepsze rzeczy powstają zespołowo.

The gross salary for this position at the time of this posting is indicated below. This range reflects our broader group’s compensation framework across diverse agencies and disciplines.
