Graphic Designer - Football Apparel

The role

We are looking for a Graphic Designer with experience in football, sportswear, or related apparel categories to lead the creation of high-impact graphics across jerseys, training wear, fanwear, and accessories. This role blends creative vision with technical production knowledge to deliver performance-ready, commercially strong designs that resonate with diverse players and fans globally.

What you’ll do

Design graphics for match kits, training kits, warm-ups, and lifestyle products

Develop jersey concepts including placement prints and trims

Create original artwork, patterns, and graphic systems for seasonal collections

Translate brand or club identity into modern, performance-driven design

Prepare production-ready artwork and technical packs for manufacturing

Ensure accuracy across techniques such as sublimation, screen print, heat transfer, and embroidery

Collaborate with product development teams on garment construction and print placement

Research trends in global football culture, streetwear, and performance wear

Support marketing teams with campaign visuals

What you’ll bring

Demonstrated experience in apparel graphics (typically 5+ years or equivalent expertise)

Strong portfolio showcasing performance or fashion apparel work

Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CLO3D

Understanding of print techniques and production processes

Knowledge of garment construction and panel-based design

Collaborative approach, with experience working across teams or with manufacturing partners

Strong communication, storytelling, and presentation skills
