Envision Employment Solutions is currently hiring a Graphic Designer to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer to support our marketing and branding initiatives. This is a great opportunity for a fresh graduate or junior designer to gain hands-on experience, work on real campaigns, and build a strong portfolio. You will collaborate closely with our marketing team to transform concepts into high-quality visual designs that reflect our brand and engage our audience.

Responsibilities:

• Create visually compelling designs for digital and print channels, including social media posts, presentations, brochures, ads, and email campaigns.
• Develop layouts and design concepts that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
• Support the team in brainstorming, refining, and executing creative ideas for ongoing projects.
• Adapt, localize, and resize existing design assets for different platforms and formats.
• Ensure all design deliverables are completed on time, with high quality and consistency.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome).
• 1+ years of experience in the same position.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator is a must.
• Strong sense of typography, layout, and color theory.
• Basic understanding of design principles for both digital and print media.
• Ability to take direction, accept feedback, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• A portfolio (PDF or online) showcasing your creative work and design skills.

Work Setup:

• Location: The Portal, SODIC West, El Sheikh Zayed
• Work Model: Hybrid – 4 days in the office, 1 day remote
• Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (including a 1-hour break)
• Days Off: Fridays and Saturdays
