Graphic Designer

Envision Employment Solutions is expanding! We’re looking for a creative and driven Graphic Designer to join our growing team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and highly versatile Graphic Designer who can deliver outstanding visuals across digital, print, and motion formats.

This role goes beyond social media design. You will be responsible for maintaining and elevating our brand presence across all platforms, including social media, website visuals, corporate proposals, company profiles, hiring campaigns, internal documentation, and video content.

The ideal candidate is capable of producing high-quality static designs, editing videos for online platforms, managing website visual elements, and contributing to UI/UX improvements. Strong proficiency in Adobe InDesign is mandatory.

Responsibilities:

Branding & Visual Identity

• Maintain and evolve Envision’s visual identity
• Ensure brand consistency across all online and offline materials
• Develop and manage visual guidelines when needed

Digital & Social Media Design

• Create high-impact visuals for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok
• Design hiring campaigns and employer branding materials
• Produce creatives for paid digital campaigns

Video & Motion Content

• Edit short-form and long-form video content for social media and website
• Create motion graphics and basic animations when needed
• Optimize video content for different platforms

Website & UI Support

• Design and update website visuals including banners, landing pages, and digital assets
• Support UI/UX improvements and user journey enhancements
• Collaborate on Figma prototypes and layout improvements
• Ensure visual consistency across web pages

Corporate & Offline Materials

• Design company profiles, proposals, brochures, and presentations
• Prepare client-facing pitch decks and documentation
• Develop internal documentation and branded materials
• Manage print-ready files and offline assets

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field
• 1 to 3 years of experience in graphic design
• Strong portfolio showcasing branding, social media, corporate, and motion work
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
• Adobe InDesign is mandatory
• Experience in video editing (Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools)
• Figma proficiency required
• UI/UX experience is a strong plus
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy
• Experience designing both digital and print materials
• Basic understanding of website management (WordPress or similar is a plus)
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Highly organized, presentable, and capable of managing multiple projects

Work Setup:

• Location: The Portal, SODIC West, El Sheikh Zayed
• Work Model: Hybrid – 4 days in the office, 1 day remote
• Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (including a 1-hour break)
• Days Off: Fridays and Saturdays
