About Us
Mint Source is a remote-first bridge that connects vibrant talent with international clients and agencies, enabling skilled individuals to showcase their expertise on a global stage.
Role Overview
Mint Source is hiring a Graphic Designer (Ecommerce) to join a Canadian health supplement brand that sells direct-to-consumer and on Amazon. You'll work across ad visuals, Amazon listing images, Enhanced Brand Content (EBC), and brand assets for a product line that's already reached over a million customers. It's a high-variety role where you might design Meta ad creatives, give feedback on a landing page, edit a few TikToks, and jump into a brand kit refresh all in the same day. You'll report to the Head Designer and the Growth Marketing Manager, working closely with both while managing most of your day independently. This is a fast-paced, idea-heavy environment where priorities shift often, so it suits someone who thrives on creative momentum over rigid structure.
What You'll Do
Design performance ad creatives for Meta and TikTok that stop the scroll and communicate product value clearly
Create Amazon listing image sets and A+ (EBC) modules that explain features, benefits, and use cases at a glance
Maintain brand cohesion across every asset, refining and updating the brand kit as new needs arise
Edit short-form video content for TikTok/Reels using CapCut, optimizing for clarity and pace
Translate rapid-fire briefs and quick prompts into clean layouts, testing variations and iterating based on feedback
Review and give feedback on landing page designs, collaborating with the marketing team on visual direction
Deliver clean, organized files that meet platform requirements for each channel
Switch between project types throughout the day (ads, product visuals, video edits, brand assets) without losing quality or momentum
Track your queue, estimate turnaround times, and hit agreed deadlines while flagging risks early
What We're Looking For
1–3 years of design experience in e-commerce or consumer brands, with a portfolio that includes ads, product visuals, or Amazon content
Hands-on skill with Figma and Photoshop for core design work, plus comfort in Canva for quick iterations and CapCut for short-form video edits
Experience designing Amazon listing images and A+ (EBC) content, including clear comparison and benefit frames
Strong eye for conversion-focused design, visual hierarchy, and typography so ideas land fast and clean
Calm under pressure with the resilience to juggle multiple asks, absorb feedback without taking it personally, and keep moving forward
Clear, proactive written communicator (Slack, email) who thrives in back-and-forth collaboration yet works 80% independently
Comfortable working 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. ET to stay in sync with the team and keep feedback loops tight
Energised by fast-paced, idea-heavy environments where priorities shift and flexibility matters more than rigid process
Creative problem-solver who tests variations, finds workarounds when assets are limited, and keeps pushing the brand forward
Key Performance Metrics (KPIs)
Turnaround speed against agreed timelines by task type, with the ability to estimate and meet deadlines consistently
First-pass approval rate that shows strong brand alignment and directionally correct execution. The bar isn't perfection. It's understanding where the brand is today and getting the fundamentals right before going deep into the details.
Output volume week over week without quality drop-off across ads, product visuals, video edits, and brand assets
Within 60 days, both direct reports (Head Designer and Growth Marketing Manager) should be confident in the hire's speed, communication, and ability to work independently. Ramp-up is expected, but communication must be open and proactive from day one.
What You Get
Competitive compensation discussed individually based on experience and location
Remote role with clear hours, quick feedback loops, and a collaborative team that genuinely values creative input
Portfolio-building work across Amazon, paid social, landing pages, and brand assets in a high-velocity environment
Autonomy to own your queue, plus support from engaged marketing and brand partners
International exposure, clear KPIs, and structured weekly/monthly feedback to help you grow
Back-office support from Mint Source for payroll, onboarding, and HR
