PeopleCert is seeking a talented Graphic Designer / Creative Associate with strong publishing experience to join our Product Development team. In this role, you will contribute to the design and development of high-quality learning products, services, and experiences across multiple formats, including print, digital, and video.
You will work with proprietary content and play a key role in shaping globally recognized best-practice frameworks such as ITIL, PRINCE2, and DevOps, contributing to the creation of industry-leading educational materials.
What we look for:
• Design and develop engaging learning materials across various formats, including books, training content, digital assets, and multimedia elements.
• Create high-quality publishing layouts with a strong focus on typography, structure, and visual storytelling.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (content, product, UX) to deliver cohesive and learner-centric experiences.
• Contribute to the development of interactive and user-friendly digital learning interfaces.
• Ensure consistency and quality across all deliverables through effective version control practices.
• Adapt designs for cross-platform use (print, web, mobile, video).
• Leverage user interaction data and insights to iteratively improve the design, usability, and impact of educational materials.
Skills and qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in a similar field
• 3–5+ years of graphic design experience, or equivalent demonstrated expertise, supported by a strong portfolio of illustrations/graphics, ideally within learning or publishing products
• Strong expertise in Adobe InDesign, including advanced layout design, typography, and automation capabilities
• Video editing and DTP skills, ideally with eLearning
• Experience with other tools, such as Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, is considered a plus
• Excellent MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint). ECDL Advanced level certification is desirable
• Excellent command of the English language (native-like or C2 level certification desired, LanguageCert C2 LTE or C2 IESOL certificate would be a plus)
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details
• Excellent communication skills, customer-focused mentality
• Excellent project management skills

Working on Home Office (HO) Secure English Language Tests (SELTs)
Any person who is engaged by PeopleCert to work on the SELT service must undergo a Background Check (the results of which must be acceptable to PeopleCert and the HO) prior to commencing their SELT duties. All SELT personnel will be required to complete a declaration (provided by PeopleCert) where the existence of any criminal record and/or bankruptcy must be declared.
If working on the SELT service in the UK, background checks will include:
• A basic or enhanced Disclosure Barring Service (DBS) check
• Right to Work in the UK check (including nationality, identity and place of residence)
• HO security check (Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) or Counter Terrorist Check (CTC)
• Financial background check
• Employment reference check.
• If working on the SELT service anywhere in the world (outside of the UK) personnel will undergo background checks that are equivalent to those stated for the UK.
In addition, if personnel are required to speak to SELT candidates they must be appropriately skilled in English language and, where SELT services are provided anywhere in the world (outside of the UK), the official language of the relevant country.
