We’re looking for a Brand Graphic Designer to concept, design, develop, and produce engaging content that brings the SentinelOne brand to life across advertising, experiential, social and digital platforms. As a brand team member, you’ll play an active role in shaping creative ideas, translating strategic concepts into engaging brand design, and developing content designed specifically to grab attention and build on SentinelOnes brand platform.

The ideal candidate will have a portfolio showcasing engaging, brand-forward creative work. You possess a keen understanding of what constitutes good and less-than-good work, knowing where and when to apply the appropriate level of execution. Crucially, you know a concept is worth pursuing, even when it leads in unexpected directions.

What Will You Do?

Primary Responsibilities Include:

• Working with the art directors, writers and creative directors, you will be responsible for the design and execution of innovative visual materials for integrated initiatives.

• Being able to work individually as well as with multi-disciplinary teams, across diverse mediums and marketing channels.

• Working closely with Art directors, Copywriter, and other brand team members to shape ideas and develop visually engaging campaigns.

• Helping shape our brand design and ensure its consistency across all content.

• Taking things further without being asked because you strive to find creative and design solutions that are memorable.

• Staying up-to-date on industry trends and incorporate relevant information into the content.

• You apply design as a method of thinking to the way you work, as much as the work itself.

What Skills and Knowledge Will You Bring?

Ideal candidates will have:

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field

• 5+ years of experience as a brand designer working for an agency or internal marketing team focused on social media, brand campaigns, or experiential creative.

• Experience working in or knowledge of cybersecurity, technology, or a similar field is a significant advantage.

• Experience developing visually driven content for various social platforms like LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok, and Reddit.

• Excellent design design skills, with a keen eye for detail.

• Familiarity with current social trends, and best practices.

• The ability to handle multiple projects concurrently and meet tight deadlines. Able to work in fast-paced, collaborative environment.

• Strong ability to work independently and provide examples of total project ownership from start to finish.

• Comfortability with professional feedback and see it as a challenge to keep pushing your solutions.
