Job Title: Graphic / Web Designer (1.5Years – 3Years)

Description:

The graphics/web designer will be responsible for the general appearance of websites and for generating and creating graphics using identified logos. This resource will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

• Conceptualize, design, and layout web pages

• Planning and designing layouts and navigational structure for assigned projects

• Developing innovative, elegant and highly usable design solutions

• Performing design and usability testing functions as required

• Working through projects from inception to posting-coordination

• Creating web-based wireframe architectures

Desired Skills and Experience Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in professional web application design experience

• Experience with responsive design and creating interfaces for mobile devices

• A strong and clean visual design sense.

• User interface design experience

• An exceptional online portfolio that showcases solid conceptual, color, layout graphic design skills as well as fully functional web projects is required

• The ability to consistently produce high quality work and meet tight deadlines to complete assignments on time

• Must possess a positive attitude, a great work ethic and an exceptional attention to detail

• A deep understanding of branding concepts and online marketing principles

• Must be able to work on multiple projects simultaneously, organize and manage time effectively

• Ideal candidate must be a highly self-motivated team player and a quick learner who is able to work independently and with direction as part of a team.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Education Requirements:

Bachelor degree in Graphics/Web/Communication designs or other IT related fields

Technology Requirements:

Photoshop and related tools

HTML5

CSS3

Javascript (is a plus)
