Strategic Gears has delivered projects in more than 17 sectors for the most well-known entities in the public sector including ministries, regulatory authorities, and the Saudi Stock Exchange, as well major private sector entities in the Kingdom. Today, Strategic Gears has offices in Riyadh and Jeddah in Saudi Arabia, as well as an office in Cairo, Doha, London and in Madrid. The company is currently expanding its operations in Cairo and is hiring to support this growth.

Role Overview:
• We are seeking a Graphic Designer with a proven track record in corporate design to join our team. This role requires a highly skilled designer who can deliver high-quality visual assets, from concept through execution, that reflect our brand identity and support strategic goals. The ideal candidate will lead design initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and bring innovative ideas that enhance our brand’s impact across digital and print channels. A keen eye for detail, strong project management skills, and the ability to work under tight deadlines are essential.

Responsibilities :
• Design and produce high-quality visual assets, including reports, presentations, and digital content for the website and social media.
• Ensure all designs are in alignment with company branding and style guidelines, maintaining brand consistency across all materials.
• Collaborate with the marketing and communications teams to create visually impactful materials for campaigns, events, and corporate communications.
• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices into the design process, enhancing our brand’s visual impact.
• Manage multiple design projects with tight deadlines, ensuring all assets are delivered on time and meet quality expectations.
• Present creative concepts to stakeholders, explaining design rationale and gathering feedback for improvement.

Qualifications: :
• Bachelor’s degree in Applied Arts, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of graphic design experience, with a strong focus on corporate design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other design tools.
• Strong portfolio showcasing corporate design experience across digital and print platforms.
• Demonstrated experience leading design projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to produce high-quality designs under tight deadlines.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects, adjusting priorities as needed.
