Graphic Designer (40-60%)

IN SHORT:
As our Graphic Designer (40-60%) in Zurich, you will be the visual heart of our Brand team, executing the creation of compelling design assets across all FELFEL brands and channels. This role involves staying on top of the latest design trends to bring fresh ideas and thoughtful, on-brand solutions to every project. FELFEL is a brand built with intention and creativity, and as a key player, your work will ensure that every touchpoint—from a flyer to a T-shirt—visually reflects the quality and passion of our brand.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Be part of the Brand team, ensuring consistency by following and applying FELFEL’s brand guidelines.
• Design and develop key assets for FELFEL, Gavetti, and Usego across print, digital, merchandise, events, and packaging.
• Translate business and marketing objectives into clear, compelling, and on-brand designs.
• Manage production for printed projects and merchandise, including specs, sourcing, and supplier coordination.
• Support with branding-related assets and with updated materials such as flyers, decks, invitations, and promotions.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

YOUR PROFILE:
• Min. 5 years of experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong and compelling portfolio.
• A sharp eye for detail and the ability to deliver high-quality, on-brand designs in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects at once.
• A proactive and independent work style—you take initiative and drive things forward.
• Enthusiasm for brand strategy and a keen sense of new trends in design and art.
• You are a pro in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva and PowerPoint. 
• Experience with CMS experience (Figma) is a huge plus.
• Strong communication skills in German and English.
• Passion for Food: Good food is your world!

• EU/EFTA or Swiss work permit.
