Who we’re looking for:
We're seeking a talented and passionate Graphic Designer to join our creative team at VML.
You'll be responsible for creating visually stunning and engaging designs across a variety of platforms, from digital marketing materials to print collateral.
You'll work closely with art directors, copywriters, and other team members to bring creative concepts to life and ensure our brand is consistently represented with excellence.

What you’ll be doing:
• Design Magic: Create compelling visual designs for a variety of projects, including websites, social media graphics, email marketing campaigns, print ads, brochures, and presentations.
• Brand Guardian: Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.
• Collaborate & Create: Work closely with art directors, copywriters, and other team members to develop and execute creative concepts.
• Concept to Completion: Take projects from initial concept to final execution, ensuring high-quality results.
• Stay Current: Stay up to date on current design trends and technologies.
• Present Your Work: Present design concepts and ideas to internal teams.
• Iterate & Improve: Incorporate feedback and revise designs as needed.
• Manage Your Time: Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Explore AI: Experiment with AI tools for design exploration, concept generation, and rapid prototyping.
What you’ll need:
• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• 4-5 years of experience as a Graphic Designer in an agency or in-house creative environment.
• A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of visual design skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Solid understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience designing for digital platforms, including websites, social media, and email.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with AI-powered content creation platforms and their potential to enhance visual storytelling and streamline the design process.
• Experience with motion graphics and video editing is a plus.
