Program Details: The Graduate Trainee Program is a custom-designed 2-year talent development program for all recent graduates which bring various opportunities to develop the most advanced knowledge & skills to map the path to success to become the pipeline of key positions. Throughout your two-year journey, you will rotate across different functions within the Textiles & Garments department , gain exposure to various aspects of the business. Each rotation lasts at least six months , ensure you acquire hands on experience and practical insights that will accelerate your professional growth. Career Development: Mentorship: Experienced staff and senior management will guide you, share insights, and provide personalized coaching. On-the-Job Training: Gain hands-on experience to understand our business and operations in depth. Comprehensive Learning: Participate in in-house and external training programs to build technical expertise and strengthen soft skills. Career Progression: Upon successful completion of the Graduate Trainee Program, you’ll be offered a position that aligns with your interests and competencies.

Recent graduates in Sciences or related disciplines with less than two years of work experience. Proactive, organized, self-motivated, and positive thinker. A team player with excellent interpersonal skills and high energy. Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
