Location: Canberra, ACT (On-Site Only)
Employment Type: Full-Time
We’re looking for a Canberra-based Graduate Technical Business Analyst to join our AI delivery team and work on-site with clients and internal product teams. This is an entry-level role designed for someone early in their career who’s keen to learn how enterprise systems, AI products, and real-world delivery actually work.
You’ll contribute to the delivery of Turium products — Turium Algoreus, Turium Enigma, and Turium Zebra — used across public and private sector environments.
About the Role
As a Graduate Technical Business Analyst at Turium AI, you’ll support senior analysts and product teams to understand client requirements, document processes, assist with testing and data validation, and help deliver AI-powered solutions. You’ll be embedded on client sites, learning how to work with stakeholders, translate business needs into technical requirements, and contribute to real delivery outcomes.
This is a hands-on role for someone curious about technology, data, and how AI is applied in enterprise environments.
What You’ll Do
Support on-site client engagements and help understand business processes and systems
Assist with requirements gathering, documentation, and process mapping
Help translate business needs into clear requirements for engineering teams
Support functional testing, UAT, and data validation activities
Use SQL (or learn quickly) to validate data and assist with troubleshooting
Help document solution overviews, workflows, and user guides
Participate in sprint planning, demos, and delivery ceremonies
Learn how AI solutions are applied to real-world enterprise and government problems
Support tender responses, business cases, and proposal documentation
What We’re Looking For
A recent graduate (or final-year student) in IT, Business Information Systems, Data, Engineering, or a related field
Strong communication skills and willingness to engage with stakeholders
Interest in AI, data, and enterprise systems
Basic understanding of SQL or data concepts (or willingness to learn fast)
Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude
Comfortable working full-time, on-site in Canberra
Nice to Have
Internship or project experience as a BA, analyst, or in delivery teams
Exposure to Power BI, SQL, Python, or enterprise systems (SAP, TechnologyOne, Dynamics)
Interest in government or public sector work
Why Turium
At Turium, graduates don’t sit on the sidelines. You’ll work on real projects, with real clients, and real products, learning directly from senior engineers, analysts, and product leaders.
This role is a genuine pathway into enterprise AI delivery and product development.
