Are you a recent university graduate with a background in Business, Finance, or Commerce looking to launch a high-earning career in international sales?

VirtuHire partners with Fundwell, a leading US business financing company. We are rapidly expanding our Cape Town office and are looking for ambitious, high-potential individuals to join our Top 100 A-Team.

This role demands high energy for strategic cold calling and engaging directly with US CEOs and high-level executives. This is a Graduate-level role designed to build your foundational skills, with your performance determining your rapid career progression and uncapped income potential.

Location: Premium Office, Cape Town CBD Hours: 2:00 PM - 12:00 AM SAST (On-site, US Business Hours)


Requirements:
Your Role: Key Responsibilities (Acquisition & Consulting Focus)

As a Graduate Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for:

• High-Volume Outbound Calling: Executing 100-200 dials per day to US business owners.
• Pipeline Generation: Building instant rapport and qualifying prospects for Fundwell's financing products.
• Executive Engagement: Handling objections and positioning solutions in a professional, consultative manner.
• Data Integrity: Maintaining accurate records and tracking progress in the CRM system.

Who We Need (High-Potential Graduates)

We are seeking ambitious individuals with the potential for elite performance:

• Educational Excellence: A recent Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent qualification) in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related commercial field (Graduated within the last 12-24 months).
• Impeccable US English Communication: Flawless, neutral, and clear English accent required to communicate professionally with US executives. Exceptional presentation and articulation skills are non-negotiable.
• High-Potential Drive: Evidence of ambition, resilience, and a competitive spirit (e.g., leadership roles, sports, academic achievements).
• High-Activity Commitment: Ready and able to commit to a demanding, target-driven, high-activity sales environment.

Commitment to US Hours: Must be fully committed to working US hours (2:00 PM – 12:00 AM SAST) on-site in Cape Town.
