Kneat Graduate Program 2026 - Operations/Engineering
Kneat enables regulated organizations to move from paper-based validation to intelligent, digitized, paperless solutions. Our Graduate program
Rotate between various teams within the Operations department. You will have the support and resources to gain hands on knowledge.
Get together with the rest of the graduates to help build upon both soft and hard skills.
Develop rounded skills for your career.
Regular catch ups and checks ins with your leaders, mentors, and the HR team.
Our grads will rotate for an 18-month period starting in September 2026 before settling into their chosen area
Our offices are based in Castletroy, Co. Limerick. The role will be hybrid.
You will have the opportunity to rotate within some of the following areas:
Software Development
Software Test Engineering
Saas Operations
Business Operations
Process Engineering

What we are looking for:
You will be graduating September 2026 with a 1.1 or 2.1 honors degree.
Having studied Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Biopharmaceutical Engineering or another related discipline.
Must be willing to come on site to our Limerick office.
Must be willing to learn in a dynamic and fast paced environment.

Must have the right to work in Ireland.
