We’re now recruiting Graduates in Sweden for fall 2026 to help build secure and futureready banking solutions that people and companies rely on every day. As a graduate, you’ll join a diverse team of 15,000 experts and work hands-on with modern technologies to turn ideas into real impact. 

 

The Program  

The Graduate Program is designed for tech students who want to build a solid foundation in modern software development. It is offered within Tieto’s Professional Services unit, now part of Tieto Tech Consulting, providing a focused environment where you can grow your technical and consulting skills. As part of a team developing custom solutions for the banking sector, you’ll gain hands-on experience across the full software development lifecycle. Through rotations in different customer projects, you’ll deepen your expertise in areas such as requirements analysis, development, and testing—while also gaining practical insight into the role of a consultant. 

Throughout the program, you’ll receive a broad introduction to our company, our culture, and the markets we operate in. You’ll also get valuable exposure to real customer assignments, giving you the knowledge, support, and confidence to kick-start your career with us.

Who might you be?   

To understand and enjoy the role we believe you should be a driven and proactive person who constantly wants to learn new things while also sharing your knowledge with others. You have a genuine interest in technology and are comfortable using AI tools and want to work in close collaboration with our customers. Through the program, we will give you the skills to become a professional consultant. 

You have a recent academic degree within IT- or computer science, e.g. a civil engineer, engineer or software development education. You are fluent in Swedish and English, both oral and written. 

  

Location?  

The program will start in September 2026 and you will be located in Stockholm. 

  

The recruitment process

• Based on this, selected candidates will be invited to a first manager interview followed by a technical interview and a test and requirement interview.
