As the Sales Training Graduate, you will develop your skills by contributing to key training initiatives, gaining cross-functional exposure, and progressively taking on greater ownership while supporting the ongoing evolution of Red Bull’s sales training curriculum. Immerse yourself in the world of Red Bull and deepen your knowledge of learning program management, sales enablement, and field processes, by partnering with experienced sales leaders and learning from the Sr Manager, Sales Training. The Sales Training Graduate will gain hands-on learning across the full lifecycle of Off Premise sales learning and development, including needs analysis, content development, program delivery, and learning effectiveness. Off Premise sales focus on retail locations where Red Bull is purchased for consumption outside the store, like grocery or convenience stores and mass retailers such as Costco. Designed to provide broad exposure to Off Premise Sales, with a focus on Key Accounts and Category Management training, the Graduate will enhance the training experience to meet the needs of a dynamic Off Premise sales organization.
PROGRAM NEEDS ASSESSMENT & LEARNING DESIGN
Gain hands-on experience supporting the development and U.S. market customization of Key Account Manager Fundamentals training content, building foundational skills in learning design and business alignment
Support the design, pilot testing, and rollout of a new learning program and gain exposure to instructional design and change adoption practices
Contribute to developing Trade Marketing training curricula for Key Accounts and Red Bull Distribution Company audiences to build experience in role-based and skills-based learning
Support the creation and ongoing development of the Key Accounts Podcast as a learning platform and gaining experience in content curation and knowledge sharing
 
PROGRAM MANAGEMENT & ENABLEMENT
Support the delivery and continuous improvement of the Coaching in Focus program (a training program to teach and develop coaching skills)
Develop program management and facilitation support capabilities
Gain experience supporting the U.S. launch of the Category College program (a training program that teaches data analysis frameworks to generate business insights and strategy), exposure to learner experience, facilitation readiness, and cross-functional coordination
Support the planning and facilitation of sales training, building experience in large-scale learning delivery
Build skills in learner engagement and learning operations by supporting the preparation and deployment of learning resources (e.g., workbooks, materials, learning tools)
 
ANALYTICS, REPORTING & EFFECTIVENESS
Learn to analyze feedback to measure learning effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement
Build foundational skills in learning analytics and engagement reporting by tracking learner participation and completion
Assist in maintaining and improving learning paths for Key Accounts and Category Management teams to gain experience in long-term skill development and learning journey design
Bachelor’s degree (completed before July 2026)
Relevant work or internship experience is a plus
Fluent in English (written, spoken); additional languages considered a plus
Speaking and presentation skills
Proven excellence in academic pursuits
A history of pursuing personal passions, extra-curricular achievements
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
Proficient in Excel
The salary for this position is $73,000.
